The use right of customers will be protected by law.
Free service
- We offer free Quality Assurance and maintaining for the whole life of our products. This means the reasons of damage of products are it-self bad materials and design defects, we will free exchange or maintain goods within one year. But after one year, we will charge the cost for this accordingly.
- For repair, customers return products to us. We resend them to customers after finishing the repair; usually the customers need to pay two-way transportation (some ones need consultation for this accordingly).
- We offer free upgraded services of software of DVRs to perfect the function for customers.
- We offer relevant technology support and cooperation of products for customers
Paid service
Suitable Range：
- We do not undertake free maintaining for the below reasons. Customers need to pay our maintaining services.
- The products sold over one year
- The damage of products caused by no provide suitable working environment
- The damage of products caused by no takes necessary care of products
- The damage of products caused by improper use and carelessness (for example: input unsuitable voltage)
- The damage of products caused by software not provided by us and viruses and so on
- The damage of products caused by disassembly and change without our permission
- The damage of products caused by user’s second transportation
- The damage of products caused by irresistible force such as nature disasters (lightning strike, earthquake and tsunami and so on) and accidents
- Paid service cost: service cost + material cost
- Service: This also refers to the labor cost for providing maintaining. The cost bases on complexity and time of work
- Material cost: This refers to the necessary materials for maintaining the products
