After using, pan / tilt turning in disorder even not turn at all is the main problem for pan / tilt. Such appearance is caused by below reasons (except product quality):
Wall-mount pan / tilt is installed with ceiling pattern. In such condition, ceiling installation leads to increasing payload of pan / tilt. So after some time using, pan / tilt actuator is destroyed, even damages motor.
Weight of both camera and housing over payload of pan / tilt, especially for outdoor pan / tilt with housing over payload, it usually leads to pan / tilt failing to turn (especially failing to turn in vertical direction).
Outdoor pan / tilt appears breakdown even is destroyed, which are caused by environment overheating, overcooling, waterproof unsuitable and antifreeze unsuitable
Distance overlong causes keyboard can not remotely control camera and pan / tilt by decoder. This is mainly caused by distance overlong, decreasing control signal too much and pan / tilt receiving signal too weak. In such condition, repeater is needed in order to amplify control signal.
