The Monitoring Solution for an Enterprise Yard
1. System demand analysis
In local tax bureau (15 floors building), there are below places needed monitoring: main entrance, the hall on 1F (first floor), as well as each floor's lift door & corridor, garage entrance, air conditioning room and basement. Tax department requires strictly safety on data and devices. This solution absorbing modern CCTV recording technology and advanced digital monitoring control skill, making manager see further, helping manager monitoring the above human activities and device conditions.2. Brief introduction about solution designing
CCTV system adopts most advanced DVR system, using PC process and save audio & video signal. This system is mainly composed by front-end camera, transmission, central control, display and saving systems. Control center centrally manages and operates video monitoring system and alarm system; besides it takes charge various dispatches, meantime sets sub-controllers (optional) at guarding room, so as to set or unset alarm. In stairway, 1F hall or room install smart alarm detector. When someone enters area in illegal time, it will alarm, and transmit signal to control room and guarding room, sending out acousto-optic warning, meanwhile starts real time recording according to practical cases (IR needed at night), thus greatly decrease human working burden and enhance efficiency.In control center, alarm system and digital monitoring devices integrates into a unity which not only realizes various alarm detecting functions, but also realizes various linkage functions after alarming, such as begin recording, open emergency light and run warning light.
In guarding room, use sub-controller PC can freely set or unset alarm, meanwhile display the important position pictures (optional).

- Yard: install 1 all-weather camera (PTZ) for monitoring gate & inner yard
- Garage entrance: install 1 all-weather camera (PTZ) and 1 sound pickup
- Air condition room: install 1 all weather camera (PTZ), 1 photoelectric beam detector and 1 sound pickup
- Basement: install 1 all weather camera (PTZ), 1 IR light, 1 photoelectric beam detector and 1 sound pickup
- Each floor stairway (total 14 floors): install 1 IR camera, 1 photoelectric beam detector and 1 sound pickup
- 1F hall: install all weather camera (PTZ), 1 IR light, 1 photoelectric beam detector and 1 sound pickup
- Control center: install 1 DVR, 17" flat monitor
- Guarding room: install 1 sub-controller PC, connecting to DVR via network cable (optional)
5. System features
- Adopt higher compression skill: adopt currently best H.264 algorithm which succeeds to Mpeg-4 compression skill, ensuring high definition picture with least HDD space occupation

6.1 Picture display- Support PAL/NTSC video signal input
- Each channel reaches 25f/s (PAL) or 30f/s (NTSC)

- Private zone mask function: shielding picture parts wanted
