  • This project aims to prevent & resolve sudden accidents, which requires control center to centralized gather monitoring video & signals from all subdivisions.
  • Monitoring positions numerous & objects diverse. Whole system includes 16 subsidiary banks with their business branches, office building, self-service banking and ATM. System seems bulky, disorganized and heavy worked.
  • Multi-level monitoring. Based on a top control center, each subsidiary sets up sub-control center which forms into a unified monitoring framework. Different sub-control centers have different managing tasks and authorities which depend on the covered position amount.
  • Monitoring method variety. Each point refers to image, audio monitoring and alarm detection monitoring, aiming to set up a hi-tech security system.
  • System sees alarm & connecting police function as the prime but video picture as auxiliary. Due to system bulky, coverage wide and transmission distance restraint between top- & sub-control centers and their monitoring positions, which can only be transmitted by network, in addition, there are differences among positions environments of network. Thus, solution designment should fully concern practical bandwidth in order to with poorest condition realize its primary function-----alarm signal transmission and reception, by the way, try to add the video signal transmission and reception in the available bandwidth.

The biggest difficulty lies in system framework building. For our system, it affords to not only receive all signals from video, audio and sensor but also, more important, how to effectively manage so many points & control centers. Therefore, the former function is easy to realize for such a big system, however the latter is great difficult, which focuses on how to establish a well-organized and effective management mechanism, able to integrate all resources, information, settings and rules and to actually build up a well ordered, high efficient, flexible and convenient management system. So we must not only choose advanced equipments-----“multimedia digital monitoring server” but also pay more attention to the setup of management platform.
