Surrounding precaution system commonly comprises of alarm sensor, transmission device, and alarm control device and communication system. Alarm sensor is placed at monitoring site to detect objects, like dual technology detector, smoke detector and glass fragment detector; transmission device usually includes wired and unwired, but usually wired; alarm controller mainly copes with alarm signal coming from front-end sensor.
Analyzed the above requirements, we know this part includes surrounding alarm detecting system and video monitoring system (10-day DVR recording). To reduce repeated input of devices and to save cost & simplify operation, we select our own IDRS-7000S series DVR which embeds alarm detecting system into DVR server, integrates two systems within one operating platform, realizing intelligent control of alarm linkage recording, i.e. when IR detector is activated, alarm signal is instantly sent to control center to open warning and flashlight, verifying existence of emergency; meanwhile DVR server auto pops up electronic map to display alarmed position; the surrounded cameras starts sync recording and saving intruder activities to server hard disk, conveniently viewing in the later. All steps work together at same time, utmostly shortening alarm reacting period and reducing danger coefficient.
According or 10-day recording time requirement, hard disk adopt alarm linkage calculation mode, so 160G hard disk is enough. Front-end camera installs at periphery wall. If using fixed installation, place a camera every 20m. Considering day/night monitoring requirement, adopt day/night camera to adapt dark environment. Besides, adopt auto iris lens, auto adjusting iris size to enhance picture effect; if adopt PTZ camera, install a camera every 200-300 meters. Because camera can control rotation & focus via pan/tilt, when alarm appears, pressing mouse can move camera to specific direction, as well as zooming to get optimal effect (to get good effect, the latter is recommended).
IR photoelectric beam detector adopts Japan made ALEPH IR photoelectric beam detector, featuring newest detecting skill, stable performance, low misreport ratio; long term market inputting, steady user group; reasonable price.
3.2 Demands on residential protection

This mainly aims at wireless alarm detecting system. Considering practical situation, devices should select those installed, operated and maintained easily, as well as try to realize burglar alarm system with minimized engineering works.

Application reliable: whole system can work within 24-hour. All performances meet national standard, as well as passes related check, no less than 2000 hours safe running; simplified interface, easy control; monitoring various human activities in daytime or onsite situation at nighttime; supporting normal continuous recording, motion detective recording and alarm linkage recording, even all modes can be set alternately, realizing monitoring & saving intellectualization, saving HDD space.
Expansion wonderful: system designment should spare certain space to expand if needed, so equipment selection is recommended to use standard structure. In light of referring to 11 monitoring points, selecting 1 monitoring server of 12-channel, which inputs max 12 channels video signal, sparing 1 channel for expanding using, thus system cost is greatly saved.

4. Control center

To makes each part flexibly view and control; system totally sets up 3 control centers:

• Official area & south living area control center lies at main gate guarding room
• North living area control center lies at first layer of new building
• Another living area control center lies at first layer of main building

Control center realizes below functions: real time detect surrounding alarm signal, in another words, once intruder in, alarm & flashlight will be activated, meanwhile real-time views surrounding situations or video motive detection recording; control camera rotation and lens zoom to verify alarmed onsite situation; with alarming, recording auto starts, so as to record onsite pictures for check later on (also supports  continuously recording or video motion detective recording, i.e. auto begin recording according to whether picture takes changes); search video files (by time, date, camera); network transmission, control function, i.e. transmitting monitoring signal to other computers by network, so as to view or do other operations.
