What is a Super HAD CCD?
Super Hole Accumulation Diode (HAD) is embedded in CCD senor. So it is helpful to enhance detecting ability and signal processing ability, even can decrease noise and interference as recording. In this way, image will be clearer and color will be more distinct, which is more obviously in low illumination environments.
