What is an Object Tracking Speed Dome?

Auto-object-tracking-speed-dome integrates features of optics, electronics, mechanism, information processing and network. It is composed by lens, dynamic actuator, movement controller as well as sync speed parts of image analysis, recognition, compression and communication. This kind dome has many functions, such as video record, position control, preset of direction and lens, moving target detection, recognition and track, as well as alarm of flame and smoke. When moving target is at surveillance area, DSP chip instantly counts differences between previous frame and present. When the differences index is up to certain point, some part of the image is considered as moving target, and then pan tilt receives command from dome. This reaction takes place again frame by frame so as to achieve continuous tracking of target moved. During whole process, it is unnecessary to both manually control and computer support.
