How to select the Cameras?

The camera is the core in the whole monitoring system. You can choose them according to the modes and locations of installation, environmental lights, image clarity or other specifications.

The camera is the core in the whole monitoring system, mode selections are based on the needs of clients and environment. As for the camera of our company, we make some descriptions on various cameras to help you choose them.

• 1) According to the mode of installation: fixed setup favor ordinary box cameras and doom cameras; platform setup like zoom cameras, such as SN-220C of SANNO, featuring built-in electronic zoom lens, small but nice appearance, convenient installation and better specifications, or install with ordinary box cameras equipped with electronic zoom lens, but high cost and not as convenient as zoom cameras.
• 2) According to the location of installation. Ordinary box cameras can be put on the wall and ceiling, therefore, the installation of it is flexible and not limited in outdoor and indoor but the doom cameras only are on the ceiling of indoor and the height of it is limited. But compared with the box cameras, no need other lens, shield, and bracket, featuring convenient installation, beautiful and hidden and economical.
• 3) According to the light of environment. If the condition is not good, the low-illumination should be selected to get the better image quality, such as color extra illumination cameras, color black auto shift cameras and low-illumination black & white cameras. If the light is not enough, but the customer requires higher image clarity, the black camera is the first choice. If there is no light, we should add the function of IR to the camera or select this kind of cameras with IR, such as SN-350CWH or SN-350CW.Its features are the camera body with auto shift between color and black, lens and brackets, unique Vacuum Packaging, beautiful appearance, better hidden quality and economical, and no shield working is okay indoor.
• 4）According to the image clarity. If you require the high resolution of image quality, you should choose the higher TVL, generally, to the color cameras,420 and 450 TVL is the middle-resolution camera, and the camera above 470 TVL are the high resolution. The higher clarity, the more expensive they are.
• 5）According to the specifications, such as S/N ratio, the method to drive the aura lens and among others. In general, the S/N ratio should be above 48 dB in Television Monitoring System, thus, this not only meet the requirement of industry standard not lower 38 abbot what the most important is the higher S/N ratio, the better clarity when the light is not enough.
• 6)In addition, pay more attention to installation. Strictly operate in accordance with the product introduction , such as temperature, power supply and voltage. The temperature indicator of most of Camera manufacturers is -10 ~ +50 ° C, such as the use of the region’s temperature. It should be in special protections when Humidity changes. As AC voltage range in domestic is normally 200 ~ 240V, the capacity of anti- voltage change of it is weak, need to add power supply in the system.
