What is Control System?
In the intelligent buildings, information and procession is a very heavy task. So managements are usually finished by PC system. In other words, user programs in software to achieve keyboard controlling of pan tilt scanning, image switching, alarm processing and equipment self-detecting.
The present alarm system of digital surveillance mainly adopts multimedia skill of PC. The alarm system makes CCD camera as the alarm detector. Camera transmits video signal to master panel. Inside video processor of master panel digitalizes the video signal and compares the image with backdrop image. If there are differences between them, alarm takes place instantly. Since this is a full screen alarm, alarm loss rarely appears. At the same time, master panel auto stores alarm images into PC, in order to browse images in later. Control system makes CCTV system and alarm become one unit, so surveillance, alarm and image recording can sync carry on. During control system, there are no video recorder and video distributor, but all operations are done on keyboard and all alarm records are stored in PC. Because of such features, control system is a new conception security system for users.
There are two switch patterns for control system:
- One-step switch: switch any channel video to main monitor.
- Orderly switch: preset the switch order and images are auto switched by programs.
