PAL

PAL is a kind of video standard. As a color television broadcast standard, PAL standard is established by Western Germany in 1962. It overcomes NTSC format shortage of image distortion caused by sensitive phase position. PAL format is widely adopted in Western Germany, Britain, Singapore, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. As a kind of video signal, PAL supports 50Hz refresh rate.
