IP Protection Grade

IP protection grade refers to the index for device ability of dustproof and waterproof. This index is mainly used in Europe and Britain goods. IP protection grade is comprised by two digits. The former is the solid proof index; the latter is the liquid proof index. Housing related IP number: IP55: dustproof, but permit a little dust entering. Prevent all directions liquid invade with low pressure but permit a little liquid enter. IP65: dustproof, never permit dust enter. Prevent all directions liquids invade with low pressure, permit a little liquid enter. IP66: dustproof, never permit dust enter, prevent all direction liquids invade with high pressure, but permit a little liquid enter.
